Should that not be an option try an old PS2 Keyboard.that seems to have done the trick for those that still had problems. If that fails try a different Keyboard because others have had problems with some Keyboards. Sofar so good, the only things I can tell you is try plugging you KB and Mouse in to the BLACK USB Ports on the back, I have found that problems pop up when I plug in to the other ports(RED(USB 3.0) BLUE(USB 2.0)), like Can't get into BIOS or GPU DIMM POST locks the system up.
